Terms of service

  • We require all accounts to operate at least one brick and mortar location, that location must have been open for at least 3 years, and that address cannot be a residence or warehouse.
  • We are currently not opening e-commerce exclusive retailer accounts.
  • We do not open accounts for 3rd party marketplace seller accounts.
  • We do not allow the exportation of our products. All international inquiries for outside of North America will be forwarded to our global distribution partners.
  • Our minimum order amount is $1,000 USD/CAD.
  • The submission of this inquiry does not act as an application or guarantee approval for a wholesale account. If you qualify for an account, you will be contacted with additional steps.
